Online Support
and Training

We now offer online technical support and consultations. Our team is equipped with their own tablets and digital conference applications to ensure a smooth experience.

Site Visits and Inspections

For the safety of our technical team and your own people, site visits are unavailable until further notice. However, clients may send photos or request an online walkthrough so that our engineers may evaluate, do follow-up calls, and provide assessment reports.

Workplace Health and Safety

All Othmann and Ottilie employees regularly undergo COVID screening tests and are always equipped with face shields and masks. Contact risk is further minimized through our company-wide shuttle service.

Delivery Protocols

Delivery personnel are equipped with their own face shields and masks. Upon client request, our team can also come in full PPE.

Contactless Transactions

Clients and partners may opt to complete their payments via GCash, credit cards, and bank transfers.
